Hoàn Kiếm was inspired by a deep desire to stay connected to culture through food. I began with treasured recipes from my own Mama Dang, and expanded to wanting to bring these dishes into everyone’s home.

Hoàn Kiếm is Hanoi’s iconic lake but also a place full of life and stories that inspire the flavours on our menu. Our dishes have the distinct, authentic taste of Vietnamese street food, complimenting tradition with modernity.
